Position Summary:The Service Specialist will support the client in processing all incoming packages and mail using our technology in Greensboro NC in our centralized mail center. This role requires hands-on processing of all mail-packages, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and employee performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to operational excellence and have excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be reliable and dependable to report to work each day on time.
Key Responsibilities:
On occation, drive a courier van around campus dropping off/picking up mail and packages and getting signatures from staff and students
Maintain accurate documentation, including job logs, time records, and productivity reports; Troubleshoot issues with equipment, workflow, and client needs to maintain smooth operations
