Job requirements
Experience Range: with at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, solution delivery, and enterprise-scale environments, including recent experience leading modernization and migration initiatives Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable improvements in platform adoption and operational efficiency
- Define and maintain target architecture, technology standards, and governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 and associated platforms
- Architect and integrate Entra ID, Active Directory, and advanced identity solutions including MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and Zero Trust principles to enhance security and compliance
- Lead the design and implementation of Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune solutions to support secure messaging, collaboration, and endpoint management
- Establish and enforce security, compliance, and information protection strategies leveraging Defender, Purview, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery capabilities, driving continuous improvement in security posture
- Oversee and execute large-scale migration and transformation initiatives for tenants, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and collaboration workloads, ensuring operational readiness and minimal business disruption
- Serve as the senior technical authority for all Microsoft 365 solution designs, providing L3/L4 architectural support and technical escalation for critical issues
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and service management teams, engaging stakeholders through technical workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forums
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune
- Comprehensive knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory integration, and identity governance solutions
- Strong experience with Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange mail flow, security, and migration
- Expertise in Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone), collaboration lifecycle, and external sharing governance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, Information Protection, and eDiscovery
- Proficiency in endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, device compliance, and application management
- Ability to drive Zero Trust security models and implement security-by-design principles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell scripting for automation and integration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with M365 Copilot readiness and Power Platform integration
- Familiarity with large-scale tenant-to-tenant migrations and coexistence strategies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Groups management and lifecycle governance
- Exposure to service management frameworks and operational excellence practices in Microsoft cloud environments
- Experience leading architecture review boards or governance forums
- Understanding of global regulatory compliance requirements in cloud environments
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
