About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Systems Architect who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping the business operate more efficiently through technology. This role is a blend of infrastructure, networking, security, Microsoft 365 administration, and project work.

You’ll work closely with leadership, vendors, and internal teams to support existing systems while helping design and implement new solutions as the company continues to grow. The right person is technically strong, security-minded, and willing to think outside the box when tackling challenges.

If you’re someone who likes taking ownership, finding practical solutions, and making technology work better for people, we’d love to talk with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Infrastructure & Networking

Design, support, and improve network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and SD-WAN technologies.
Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues across multiple locations.
Assist with office expansions, acquisitions, and infrastructure projects.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements that increase reliability, security, and performance.

Phone Systems & Communications

Manage and support business phone systems and telecommunications platforms.
Lead phone system upgrades and migrations.
Troubleshoot voice, SIP, call routing, and communication-related issues.
Work with vendors to implement and improve communication services across the organization.

Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance

Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
Support security and compliance initiatives throughout the organization.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview solutions including:
 Sensitivity Labels
 eDiscovery
 Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
 Retention and Compliance Policies
Work alongside compliance, legal, and operational teams to support regulatory requirements and security best practices.

Security & Problem Solving

Help strengthen the organization’s security posture through sound technical decisions and security best practices.
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may span multiple systems and technologies.
Research new technologies and recommend practical solutions that improve business operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, networking, or a related IT role.
Strong experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions.
 Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, eDiscovery, and sensitivity labeling.
Experience supporting phone systems and telecommunications platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or other compliance-focused environments.
Experience with Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and modern security controls.
 Experience supporting multi-site organizations.
Familiarity with HIPAA, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.

What Success Looks Like

You can confidently tackle difficult technical challenges and see projects through to completion.
You look for ways to improve systems rather than simply maintain them.
You bring a practical, can-do mindset and aren’t afraid to propose creative solutions.
You communicate well with both technical and non-technical team members.
You take pride in building secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions.
