The Opportunity:
 

CACI is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to assist The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The work requires contractor support to provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and data-management services to transition from the current
Everlaw eDiscovery platform to the Relativity RelOne environment.

The scope of work includes requirement gathering, planning, analysis, architecture development, data migration, security controls, testing, implementation, user support, training, documentation, and smooth transition of ongoing support for the DOJ transition from Everlaw to RelOne. The contractor shall perform all tasks necessary to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with DOJ security, privacy, and data-handling
requirements.



Responsibilities:

  • Support JMD to provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and data-management services to transition from the current Everlaw eDiscovery platform to the Relativity RelOne environment.

  • Planning and supporting the Migration of Everlaw databases to RelOne

  • Develop technical workflows to address migration needs.

  • Gathering, planning, analysis, architecture development, data migration, security controls, testing, implementation, user support, training, documentation, and smooth transition of ongoing support for the DOJ transition from Everlaw to RelOne.

  • E-Discovery processing and hosting support experience.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience.

  • Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server based databases and applications.

  • Experience in a litigation support environment extremely helpful.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.  Supervisory experience very strongly preferred.  5. Ability to lead a technical team, and to give it direction, will be very important, as will the demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs. 

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
