Senior SharePoint Migration Engineer (Microsoft 365)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
• Proven experience delivering SharePoint / M365 migrations at enterprise scale
• Hands‑on with migration tools such as ShareGate and/or SPMT
• Experience with Microsoft Purview:
• Retention labels and policies
• Records management
• eDiscovery / content search
• PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
• Experience working in regulated or public‑sector environments
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban)
