We are seeking a highly skilled product leader to drive the strategy and evolution of a Legal Tech SaaS ecosystem. This role will partner closely with Legal teams, business system analysts, and cross-functional technology partners to optimize workflows, improve productivity, and ensure scalable, future-ready solutions. You will own the roadmap for Legal tools, guide vendor selection and implementation, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to shape the Legal Tech stack, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable impact. You will also mentor colleagues, foster alignment across teams, and establish best practices for technology adoption and usage.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Product Manager in Legal Tech, you will:

  • Understand the workflows, needs, and pain points of Legal stakeholders across practice areas.
  • Conduct Tech Ecosystem reviews, identify gaps, and design scalable Legal Tech proposals that optimize tool usage.
  • Ensure continuity, minimize tool sprawl, and prioritize strategic use of SaaS solutions across the Legal function.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure functionality and opportunities are clearly communicated and realized.
  • Partner with business system analysts for technical execution, integration, and implementation.
  • Drive alignment, set goals, and influence cross-functional teams to adopt Legal Tech initiatives.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiency for Legal teams and end users.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep understanding of Legal workflows, including contracting, privacy, and matter management processes.
  • Experience with Legal SaaS tools such as CLM, Privacy Management, Matter Management, and E-discovery platforms.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS ecosystems for Legal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Experience with vendor selection, implementation, and launch management.
  • Ability to combine business and technical insights to identify opportunities and make informed trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with Legal stakeholders, BSAs, engineers, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Competitive annual cash compensation range: $158,100 – $200,000 USD.
