The Opportunity

The Senior Paralegal is a key member of WOW!'s Legal Department, working closely with the General Counsel and senior legal leadership to support a broad range of legal matters. This is a highly visible role offering significant variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to become a trusted, indispensable partner within a collaborative in-house legal team.

The Senior Paralegal will oversee the day-to-day management of litigation, coordinate with outside counsel and internal business partners, support corporate governance and commercial transactions, and play a critical role in administering WOW!'s contract lifecycle management platform.

What You'll Do

Litigation Management

  • Oversee day-to-day management of litigation matters, coordinating with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and internal business partners to ensure cases move efficiently from inception through resolution.

  • Review discovery responses and manage legal documentation related to litigation matters.

  • Direct processes and manage relationships with outside counsel.

Corporate Governance & Legal Operations

  • Oversee legal entity maintenance and corporate filings.

  • Assist with the development and administration of corporate policies and legal processes.

  • Serve as a trusted partner across a broad range of legal matters, supporting the continued evolution of the Legal Department.

Transactions & Business Support

  • Coordinate internal resources and support strategic transactions through due diligence efforts.

  • Work closely with internal business partners to support legal matters and business objectives.

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Serve as a key administrator for WOW!'s Luminance contract lifecycle management platform.

  • Support the continued evolution and administration of legal processes and technology.

  • Utilize legal technology platforms to help drive efficient legal operations.

A Trusted Legal Partner

This position will work closely with the General Counsel, senior legal leadership, outside counsel, and business stakeholders, providing the organization with thoughtful, organized, and dependable legal support.

  • Serve as a trusted partner across a broad range of legal matters.

  • Direct processes and manage relationships with outside counsel.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with litigation management, contract lifecycle management, and corporate paralegal work.

  • Significant experience directing processes and working with outside counsel.

Skills & Abilities to Be Successful

  • A proven track record of developing, implementing, or administering corporate policies and legal processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, outside counsel, and business stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in reviewing contracts and discovery materials.

  • Proficiency with legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management, e-discovery, and document management tools.

  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
