Lead the preparation and management of complex cases, including high-volume litigation and corporate transactions. Provide strategic input during case planning, research, and pre-trial preparations. Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents with minimal legal counsel oversight. Oversee and coordinate discovery processes, including document production and e-discovery management. Train, mentor, and review work of junior paralegals and support staff. Maintain direct client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring superior service quality. Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience Bachelors' degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required. Assist with Diligent entities database access requests, maintenance and updates Prepare and send requests for execution of consents, POAs and other documents via eβsignature portals (DocuSign, Boardvantage) Assist with procuring and renewing U.S. state business licenses Submit invoices / submit agreements to contract system Coordinate unclaimed property claims with outside vendor Ad hoc research and special projects - assumed names, etc. Collate and distribute org chart changes Assist with SEC Section 16 filings for directors and officers
