
Sr. Litigation Paralegal

Summary/Objective
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and brings a strong combination of technical proficiency and litigation experience. Key qualifications include expertise in document organization, discovery management, trial preparation and support, docketing, and Bluebook cite checking.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including lunch hour. This is a full time position working from our Denver office. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly pay rate when the employee works more than 40 hours in a Sunday through Saturday work week. It is important to note that this is a hybrid position, requiring you to work three days in the office with the option of working two days from home following an initial on-boarding period.
Travel
Travel will be required for trials both within Colorado and out of state. It is expected that the team might handle 2-3 trials per year.
Salary Range: $75,000 – 110,000 annually. The final salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Additionally, the firm provides standard benefits including health insurance, 401(k) contribution, and paid time off, with annual bonus potential based on firm performance.
