Being a lawyer at Oxylabsʼ litigation team is as creative and intellectually fulfilling as it could get. You would have an exclusive opportunity to dive deeper and gain experience in working with IP-related disputes in the United States, that are unique in the market that we operate in. You would also be able to work on other litigation-related matters within the legal team, giving you the ability to contribute to avoiding or mitigating different litigation-related risks.

Your day-to-day:- Working on large-scale worldwide litigation projects, including in the United States.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Managing the ongoing legal processes, different stages of litigation from an in-house counsel perspective (e.g. e-discovery, document production, depositions).
- Keeping track of the ongoing procedures and procedural deadlines.
- Reporting of the litigation progresses to the management.
- Selecting and managing legal services providers and litigation-related expenses.
- Managing debt collection processes (client-debtors and suppliers), keeping track and reporting the results.
- Constantly reviewing and improving the companyʼs legal processes, mitigating risks of potential litigation.
- Assisting and supporting colleagues with legal research, consultations, and analysis of legal regulation and case law – on both local and global levels.
- Organising meetings, collecting and organising litigation-related documents, drafting reporting documents.
- Keeping up with the latest legal news in tech litigation.
Your skills & experience:- A Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M).
- 5+ years of experience in litigation as in-house counsel or at a law firm, with a strong preference for experience in the international tech sector.
- Experience managing U.S. litigation and understanding the nuances of European vs. U.S. procedural law.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects, coupled with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to "translate" complex legal risks into clear, actionable reports for executives and non-legal departments.
- A proactive mindset for "litigation pruning"—identifying patterns in disputes to improve internal processes and prevent future lawsuits.
- Internal and external stakeholder management experience, and proven ability to negotiate with external legal service providers to ensure cost-efficiency.
- A passion for dynamic technology, innovation, and IT environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in Lithuanian.
Salary:- Gross salary: 5200-6500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
