Senior Director / VP, Product Marketing

Reports To: Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer
The Senior Director / VP of Product Marketing will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and Marketing. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, market insight, storytelling, analyst engagement, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, GovTech, cybersecurity, compliance, or AI-driven enterprise platforms and understands how to position complex technology solutions in highly regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across government and enterprise audiences.
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization through market insights and customer feedback.
- Lead packaging, competitive differentiation, pricing support, and market segmentation strategies.
Messaging & Content Leadership
- Own corporate and portfolio messaging architecture across eDiscovery, FOIA, data governance, compliance, and AI.
- Develop executive-level narratives around AI governance, secure innovation, digital transformation, and unified legal workflows.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, whitepapers, case studies, analyst briefings, webinars, and executive presentations.
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, events, PR, analyst relations, and demand generation.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Partnership
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve pipeline generation, win rates, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain sales enablement programs that equip teams to articulate Casepoint’s value effectively.
- Support strategic deals, executive presentations, customer workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.
Market & Analyst Intelligence
- Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis initiatives across LegalTech, GovTech, and AI markets.
- Build and manage relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, procurement shifts, and emerging AI governance requirements.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead global intelligence team of product marketing managers and market intelligence analysts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales (including Sales Engineering and Proposals), Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
- Mentor and scale product marketing capabilities as the organization grows.
- Help shape corporate thought leadership and executive visibility in the market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology including managing global teams.
- Deep experience in LegalTech, GovTech, eDiscovery, compliance, cybersecurity, data governance, or AI platforms.
- Proven success leading enterprise SaaS go-to-market initiatives and positioning complex platforms.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience supporting federal/government technology environments or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Experience working with sales organizations and executive leadership teams in high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

- Deliver successful launches with strong cross-functional execution, launch readiness, pipeline impact, and customer adoption.
- Improve sales effectiveness and competitive win rates through battlecards, win/loss insights, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Build strong operational alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around GTM planning and execution.
- Increase analyst recognition, thought leadership visibility, and industry presence.
- Develop scalable product marketing processes, KPIs, and infrastructure to support portfolio growth and future acquisitions.
