Position Summary Report to: Mohit Manocha, CFO 

Casepoint is seeking a senior contracts leader to oversee government contracting, contract lifecycle management, compliance, and procurement strategy across Federal, State, Local, and Education markets. The role services as a strategic growth and operations function focused on helping Casepoint scale public sector revenue through stronger contract vehicle strategy, compliant pricing, efficient procurement pathways, and disciplined contract operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep government contracting experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Security/CISO, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. This role will own public sector contracting strategy, procurement support, and contract operations.

Compensation:
 Salary Range:

  • DMV Area: $206,819 - $232,762
  • National (Outside DMV): $185,805 - $209,112

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What You'll Do 

  • Lead government contracting strategy across Federal, State, Local, and Education markets, including procurement pathways, capture support, and contract vehicle optimization.
  • Own public sector contract lifecycle management, including intake, review work flows, governance, obligations, renewals, reporting, analytics, and audit readiness.
  • Advise Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership on contract vehicle utilization, pricing strategy, RFP support, complex procurements, and revenue acceleration opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government contracting requirements, including FAR, DFARS, state procurement rules, public records obligations, reporting, pricing, and subcontracting requirements.
  • Partner with Legal and Security/CISO on contractual risk, data/security requirements, AI-related contracting obligations, and emerging public sector compliance requirements.
  • Implement and optimize CLM tools and AI-assisted contract management capabilities to improve efficiency, visibility, and contract governance.
  • Build a lean, scalable operating model by leveraging internal stakeholders, outside counsel, specialized government contracting advisors, and offshore or back-office contract operations support.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of government contracting, public sector procurement, or contracts leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise technology.
  • Deep experience with Federal and SLED contracting, including GSA MAS, cooperative purchasing vehicles, state procurement programs, BPA/IDIQ opportunities, and complex public sector acquisition processes.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, state procurement regulations, pricing compliance, reporting obligations, and government contract administration.
  • Experience supporting capture strategy, RFP responses, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and revenue growth.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing CLM systems, contract governance, reporting, and scalable contract operations.
  • Executive presence, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JD, MBA, NCMA certification, or other relevant advanced credential.
  • Experience with GovTech or software companies serving Federal and SLED markets.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, AI contracting requirements, information governance, eDiscovery, public records, FOIA, or records management solutions.
