This senior commercial leadership role sits at the intersection of information governance, legal technology, and enterprise sales strategy. You will be responsible for driving growth of advanced Microsoft 365 and eDiscovery-based solutions, helping clients optimize information governance workflows while expanding market adoption. Acting as both a strategic advisor and sales leader, you will engage with senior stakeholders, legal teams, and technical experts to shape high-value engagements. The role requires deep expertise in eDiscovery and litigation support, combined with a consultative sales approach focused on solving complex client challenges. You will also influence go-to-market strategy, mentor sales teams, and contribute to the development of scalable best practices. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position operating in a fast-paced, knowledge-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
- Lead acquisition and expansion of new client relationships within the information governance and eDiscovery space.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, sales teams, and consultants on information governance initiatives and engagements.
- Identify, scope, and develop new business opportunities by analyzing client needs, usage data, and historical engagement trends.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and Microsoft-focused strategy stakeholders to design and position tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales performance tracking aligned with business objectives.
- Drive thought leadership around information governance services and emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Support active clients in optimizing their use of information governance solutions through internal consulting teams.
- Develop and document best practices, use cases, and scalable approaches for service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support sales team members focused on information governance offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional service delivery teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
- 8+ years of senior-level sales experience within the legal or information governance industry.
- 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft ecosystems and eDiscovery solutions.
- Strong expertise in litigation support, legal discovery processes, and information governance frameworks.
- Proven success in consultative, solution-based enterprise sales environments.
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive-level presence.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate client data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business needs.
