  • Oversee capacity and staffing strategy, including demand forecasting, assignments, load balancing, cross-training, contingent staffing, and resource planning.
  • Monitor utilization, workload, productivity, skill coverage, and service demand and recommend changes to staffing, team structure, sourcing, or investment priorities.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture that values legal judgment, technical excellence, project discipline, client service, and innovation.

Quality, Risk & Operational Excellence

  • Lead operational execution of technology, development, and innovation priorities, aligning investments and solutions with client needs, quality, risk, scalability, and commercial value.
  • Collaborate with DAG leaders, firm technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to evaluate, pilot, implement, and scale technology, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Move new technologies and workflows from concept or pilot to repeatable, supportable, and measurable production use with appropriate controls and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, consistency, client experience, and cost effectiveness while positioning Client Solutions as a strategic consulting partner to lawyers and clients.
  • Partner with practice leadership to identify and operationalize new service offerings, client solutions, cross-practice initiatives, and growth opportunities.

Financial, Commercial & Performance Management

  • Support matter budgets, alternative fee arrangements, portfolio delivery models, and pricing proposals by evaluating scope, workflow, staffing, technology, timing, risk, and expected effort.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage cost, increase scalability, and strengthen commercial results.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators across service quality, capacity, utilization, productivity, client satisfaction, risk, financial performance, employee development, and adoption of new technologies and workflows.
  • Provide concise reporting and recommendations to practice leadership on performance, material risks, resource needs, trends, and priorities.

Client & Firm Engagement
