Role: Client Manager, Individual Contributor with Client & Delivery Ownership
About the Role:
The Client Manager supports the delivery of eDiscovery and legal managed services engagements by assisting LCA Clients, senior Client Services leaders and coordinating with global delivery teams. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying levels of complexity. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned matters, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and delivered in line with Conduent standards.
The Client Manager plays a key role in planning, analysis, execution, and closure of projects, providing proactive oversight to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications / Skills
Bachelorβs degree with required professional experience
Minimum 6 - 9 years of experience in eDiscovery, legal services, or managed legal services environments
eDiscovery certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator - RCA or equivalent) preferred
Deep hands-on expertise with Relativity and/or Viewpoint review platforms
Advanced understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including complex data intake scenarios, analytics-driven review workflows, productions, and close-out activities
Proven experience designing and managing complex workspaces, executing advanced searches and analytics, and overseeing large-scale productions
Strong command of legal review concepts including privilege strategy, redactions, search term validation, and defensibility standards
Demonstrated ability to lead complex matters independently and serve as a senior client-facing delivery lead
Proven experience managing scope, budgets, and delivery risk across multiple concurrent matters
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with senior client stakeholders and law firms
Experience leading or mentoring team members in a global delivery and 24Γ7 operational environment
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to client success
In-depth understanding of data security, confidentiality obligations, and regulatory requirements
