This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, building strong relationships and uncovering opportunities. You’ll play an important role in growing our existing client base by proactively engaging with developing, low-spend and dormant accounts.
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for having meaningful conversations with clients, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities to introduce additional Law In Order services and generating qualified meetings for our senior sales team. This is a highly phone-based role where your ability to build rapport, ask great questions and identify opportunities will be key to your success.
The role provides an excellent foundation for building a long-term career in sales, with a clear pathway into Client Relationship Manager and Strategic Account Manager positions.

- Re-engage inactive and low-spending accounts and build ongoing client relationships.
- Conduct customer care and account check-in calls to understand client satisfaction and identify opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of client requirements, challenges and future needs.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Law In Order services, including Transcription, eHearings, eDiscovery, Document Production, Mailouts & Managed Services and emerging service offerings.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and meetings for senior sales team members.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of developing and low-spending accounts.
- Conduct structured prospecting and follow-up campaigns.
- Identify new contacts and decision-makers within existing client organisations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Track opportunities through the sales process and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Work closely with Client Relationship Managers and service specialists to maximise client opportunities.
- Share client feedback, market intelligence and emerging opportunities with the broader Sales team.
- Support account retention through proactive and consistent client engagement.
Who we are looking for

You’ll also be resilient, organised and results-driven, with the motivation to work towards activity and revenue targets. Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to succeed as part of a collaborative team.
Experience
