This is a unique opportunity for accomplished attorneys to work in a permanent capacity on sophisticated matters delivering complex review projects, such as MDLs and Second Requests, using AI tools in review, privilege, and key document identification. Attorneys in the Review & Analytics Counsel position may be responsible for supervising second-level review or quality control attorneys with high volumes of complex litigation documents, including providing guidance to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides expert guidance for the review process
- Manages second-level review, with a focus on privilege review
- Manages vendor teams and internal second-level review teams
- Develops key protocols and procedures for complex review training
- Participates in discovery negotiations with requesting parties, data collection strategy development, and risk management
- Works collaboratively with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle
- Effectively manages relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including co-counsel, technical and review vendors, and firm leadership

- Must have strong expertise in all areas related to the litigation lifecycle including legal hold notifications, discovery disputes and case law, relevant legal standards, and upcoming trends in discovery and data collection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise discretion
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to balance competing responsibilities and manage deadlines proactively
- Advanced review-focused proficiency working in Relativity and other electronic document review platforms
- Proficiency in designing AI-forward workflows in document review, using tools such as Brainspace, Relativity aiR, and eDiscovery AI
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, including CoPilot
- Must clear client conflicts and criminal background check
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school
- Admitted to a US bar and willing to obtain DC admission if not already barred in a Redgrave jurisdiction
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience leading and managing privilege and second level reviews, including privilege log reviews.
- Understanding relevant case law and legal developments related to eDiscovery
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise discretion
- Ability to balance competing responsibilities and proactively manage deadlines
