We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced Global Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Delhi office, you will be an integral part of our international hiring efforts, providing critical scheduling and logistical support for our offices in Delhi, London, New York City (NYC), and Austin. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, adaptability, and clear communication to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.

What you’ll do


Global Interview Scheduling: Own and manage all aspects of complex interview scheduling across the four key office locations (Delhi, London, NYC, Austin) using various digital calendar and scheduling tools.
Time Zone Management: Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts across significant time differences (e.g., IST, GMT/BST, EST/CST).
Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding their interview logistics, ensuring timely and professional communication to uphold our employer brand.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a critical liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders, providing timely updates on interview progress and anticipating scheduling needs.
System and Tool Proficiency: Quickly master and utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling software, and communication platforms to maintain accurate records and ensure process efficiency.
Logistical Support: Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates, when necessary, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine and streamline scheduling and coordination processes to enhance overall TA efficiency.

Who you are


Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or fast-paced office support role. Previous experience in Recruiting Coordination is preferred.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international teams and candidates.

Technical Acumen: Proven ability to rapidly adapt to and master new computer systems and software (e.g., HRIS, ATS, scheduling tools).
organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously with minimal error.

Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience coordinating logistics or appointments across global time zones.
Tools we use today include Google Suite (Calendars, Drive, Gmail), Zoom, and Greenhouse (experience with any of these is strongly preferred. 
A Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
