Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, test automation frameworks, and AI-driven testing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage teams, define QA processes, and implement cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

· Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual, automation, and AI specialists).
• Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Create and maintain KPI’s for the standards in automation and manual QA testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality at every stage.

· Testing & Automation

• Oversee manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Design and implement automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Working with Developers to ensure the creation of defensive programming (self-healing, proactive logging, etc.) and then create testing plans to evaluate the success of such development.

· AI & Advanced QA

• Drive adoption of AI-based testing tools for predictive analytics, defect detection, and test optimization.
• Explore and implement machine learning models for test case generation and anomaly detection.

· Process & Reporting

• Establish metrics for quality measurement and reporting (defect density, test coverage, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security guidelines.
• Prepare and present QA reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Experience: 10+ years in QA, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
•  Strong expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies and test case design.
•  Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright).
•  Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience with AI-driven QA tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools).
•  Proficiency in scripting languages (C#, Java, Python).
•  Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills

•  API Testing (Swagger, Postman, REST Assured).
•  Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
•  Security Testing fundamentals.
•  Containerization & Orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
•  Version Control Systems (GitHub).
•  Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•  Ability to work with Data-driven Testing and Big Data QA.
•  Familiarity with Test Management Tools (JIRA, Zephyr).
•  Exposure to DevOps practices and Shift-Left Testing.
