Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a member of the PwC Canada roster, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Performing thorough review of documents and apply issue tags
● Apply legal expertise to assess document relevance and privilege
● Maintaining confidentiality and follow data security protocols throughout the duration of the document review
● Prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively to meet project deadlines and goals
● Conducting quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reviewed documents
● Utilizing review tool analytics (structured and conceptual) and Continuous Active Learning to optimize the review process
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
● Lawyer admitted to the Bar in Canada and licensed to practice law
● Maintenance of good standing with a Canadian Law Society and carry professional liability insurance.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical ability
● A high level of personal integrity and energy, a commitment to teamwork and a strong desire to learn
● This is on a contract per contract basis based on need
● This role doesn’t support completion of the Canadian CPA designation
