  • Draft and refine executive summaries, solution descriptions, and technical/security responses that clearly articulate value and differentiation
  • Ensure all responses are accurate, complete, compliant, and aligned with internal standards and deadlines
  • Translate complex SaaS, security, and compliance concepts into clear, customer-facing language
  • Monitor RFx progress and proactively drive task completion to ensure timely and high-quality submissions
  • Escalate unclear, sensitive, or high-risk responses through appropriate internal review channels
  • Maintain and update the proposal content library to ensure consistency and reusability
  • Capture lessons learned, win themes, and reusable content to improve future responses
  • Support tracking and continuous improvement of RFx performance metrics, including win rates, response quality, and turnaround times
  • Support continuous improvement of RFx processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for RFx coordination and manage expectations of internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to effective communication within the Customer Trust team and across the company
  • Support related security, legal, sales, and marketing activities as needed

About you:

  • 5-8 years of experience in RFPs, proposal management, bid coordination, or a similar role (SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred)
  • Hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or formal bid processes
  • Strong understanding of business needs, sales processes, and customer-facing deliverables
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, security, and privacy concepts is highly desirable
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Close attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams—including technical experts and executives—without direct authority
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Independent worker with the ability to manage multiple RFx processes with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ability to independently research and understand unfamiliar technical, security, and compliance concepts

Nice to have:
