eDiscovery Project Management

About the Role 

As a Project Manager – Forensics, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients for all forensics-related engagements. You will be responsible for the coordination and management of all forensics projects, including data collections and forensic investigations. The role requires client-facing skills, a high degree of organization and attention to detail, and collaboration with various internal stakeholders including Forensics, Sales, Solutions, and Client Services. 

Responsibilities 

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Proactively identifying and addressing client needs and concerns.
    • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on project-related matters.
  • Project Management:
    • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans for forensics engagements.
    • Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and proactively addressing any challenges.
    • Providing regular and clear project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrating a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software.
    • Working knowledge of forensics and data collection processes and best practices
    • Familiarity with forensic and eDiscovery tools
    • Discover and interpret client needs
  • Consult directly with clients and internal teams to construct a project plan
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
    • Providing guidance, training, and support to team members.

What you’ll bring… 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in digital forensics and/or eDiscovery; strong eDiscovery background is preferred
  • Familiarity with forensic and eDiscovery tools (e.g., Axiom, Cellebrite, Relativity, Nuix).
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion, including budget and resource management.
  • Skills:
    • Proven project management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the EDRM and the legal principles governing eDiscovery.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Agility Blue a plus)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A passion for providing exceptional client service.
    • Flexible schedule to be able to meet client needs.
    • Travel up to 10%

The Compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $120,0000 annually. Actual compensation within this pay range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
