Project Manager - Contract (Remote - US)

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery for enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions. This role involves managing multiple, high-impact projects, providing end-user training, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will also provide guidance on best practices, develop implementation materials, and collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve challenges. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, remote-first environment while occasionally traveling to client sites.

Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring all targets and requirements are met.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams to gather detailed requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Provide guidance and best practices for software utilization, including e-Discovery workflows and operational processes.
• Deliver software demonstrations, web-based and on-site training for clients, their partners, and outside counsel.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers through project plans, status reports, and regular updates.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to drive solutions, provide product feedback, and support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee all project resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project goals.

• 3+ years of experience managing SaaS enterprise software platform implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate litigation, legal IT, or legal operations environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and navigate between strategic objectives and operational details.
• Experience with project planning software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexible schedule to accommodate client time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
