This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in the United States.

This is a client-facing eDiscovery Project Manager role responsible for guiding complex projects from initiation through final delivery and closeout.
You will manage multiple concurrent engagements while balancing scope, timelines, quality, compliance, and cost.
As a primary client contact, you will build trusted relationships with legal teams, corporate executives, technical specialists, and other stakeholders.
The role combines strong project management discipline with practical knowledge of eDiscovery processes, data, analytics, processing, and hosting.
You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are properly scoped and delivered.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented, with opportunities to influence client outcomes and operational efficiency.
This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity requiring confident communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.

Accountabilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects end to end, covering initiation, planning, execution, review, delivery, and closeout.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, timelines, deliverables, and requirements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance that supports effective project and business decisions.

  • Apply eDiscovery technical and procedural knowledge alongside project management practices to deliver efficient, defensible, high-quality outcomes.

  • Coordinate internal teams and provide clear work direction to personnel involved in project execution.

  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication across client-facing, operational, technical, and support teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and support long-term partnerships through consistent delivery.

  • Partner with sales teams to scope projects appropriately and identify cost-effective approaches to delivery.

  • Manage project forecasting, revenue tracking, invoicing processes, and other financial aspects of assigned engagements.

  • Produce project-specific reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure projects meet applicable quality, compliance, cost, and timeline expectations.

  • Work effectively under pressure within a small, diverse, and collaborative professional team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of eDiscovery project management experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects successfully from initial engagement through completion.

  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and its application to project delivery.

  • Practical knowledge of data management, analytics, processing, hosting, and eDiscovery best practices.

  • Familiarity with data privacy requirements and regulatory frameworks such as FRCP and GDPR.

  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms.

  • Strong client relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust through reliable delivery and effective communication.

  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, encourage open communication, and resolve challenges in a constructive, solution-oriented manner.

  • Strong autonomy, decision-making, problem-solving, and solution-development skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

  • Technical aptitude combined with an understanding of project financial considerations.

  • University degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings or weekends, when required.

  • Willingness to travel regionally based on business needs.
