This role will sit within the Information Technology Compliance Messaging Archiving programme team and provide a link between the business and technical divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining Archiving solutions. You will primarily be responsible for coordinating and managing activities/tasks in support of the implementation of key programmes and projects related to Compliance Archiving and eDiscovery technology.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan and any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards
  • Contribute on projects to ensure it is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost, quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions
  • Works alongside our team of leading business analysts to track and manage projects in accordance with Business Requirements and architectural/design requirements
  • Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication
  • Analyse and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in leading and delivering Technology projects
  • Relevant Financial Services experience
  • Ability to work within an agile framework e.g., Scrum
  • Have a high desire to learn new technologies and implement various solutions in fast paced environments
  • Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members
