The Production Analyst plays a critical role in delivering accurate, high-quality data and document productions for client review and production.
You will process and convert files into industry-standard image formats while preparing documents and metadata for delivery.
The role combines advanced technical expertise, quality control, workflow optimization, and hands-on production support.
You will work across eDiscovery and litigation support technologies, using tools such as SQL and industry-standard review platforms.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding deadlines.
You will also contribute to process improvements, develop solutions for complex data requests, and help mentor less experienced team members.

- Independently manage production work from queues and assigned projects, ensuring jobs progress efficiently and remain aligned with documented standards and SLAs.
- Assess project scope, technical requirements, workflows, and timelines, and recommend appropriate platforms and production approaches.
- Process, convert, format, and export documents and metadata according to established standards and client-specific technical specifications.
- Create and prepare load files and deliverables for industry-standard legal review platforms, including Concordance, Summation, eCapture, and Relativity.
- Format and manipulate data for import into legal review software, using internal tools and SQL to meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality-control checks at multiple stages of production to ensure accuracy, compliance, and delivery of high-quality work within expedited timelines.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and potential issues to leadership and team members while serving as a primary point of contact for Client Services.
- Prepare detailed hand-off documentation summarizing completed work, outstanding tasks, and relevant issues during shift or project transitions.
- Support the development of custom solutions and workflows for new, unusual, or technically complex data types and requests.
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, documentation, quality processes, and resource utilization to increase efficiency.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members on department processes, applications, troubleshooting, and deliverable standards.
- Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives that may involve multiple teams, offices, or locations.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bring 5 to 8 years of eDiscovery or equivalent technical experience, with a strong understanding of production environments and litigation support workflows.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SQL syntax and the ability to edit basic code or scripts, or possess expert-level experience with Relativity.
- Have experience with iPro eCapture and other litigation support applications such as Nuix, LAW, ReadySuite, and Relativity.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or Java is a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal direction while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency and consistently prioritize accurate, timely completion of production deliverables and internal requests.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt effectively to changing requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
- Apply strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and develop solutions for non-standard technical requests.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate projects involving multiple teams, offices, or organizations.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control and accuracy.
- Possess strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent experience; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Be willing and able to periodically work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, and participate in on-call coverage when required.
- Demonstrate the professionalism, adaptability, and collaborative mindset needed to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
