The Processing Analyst is responsible for championing best practices, participating in the development and continuous improvement of processing workflows, and remaining accountable for the day-to-day fulfillment of duties and responsibilities across both Lighthouse-developed and RelativityOne processing workflows.
***The shift for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Pacific***
What will this person do?
- Responsible for training new or current team members in department processes and applications
- Make recommendations for improved workflow, quality, internal documentation, and processes to increase efficiencies, including error review
- Support process initiatives requiring Processing team participation, driving innovation, and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Maintain and review documentation, scalable playbooks, and SOPs to ensure they remain current, accurate, and aligned with evolving processing workflows
- Partner with project managers, review teams, and technical stakeholders to establish deadlines, support project goals, troubleshoot non-standard requests, and resolve issues based on available resources
- Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, RelativityOne, along with other commercial and proprietary tools. Support inventory, discovery, automated processing, publishing, exception remediation, document promotion, quality control, data investigation and basic hosting tasks
- Configure and maintain RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, views, layouts, folder structures, workspace security, and related platform features
- Act as first-level escalation for troubleshooting internal technology and data investigation issues.
- Adopt and master Lighthouse proprietary tools and RelativityOne features, including Integration Points, Staging Explorer, Import/Export, and Automated Workflows, to deliver accurate, defensible, and SLA-aligned client work
- Prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while balancing quality, urgency, and client commitments
- Apply familiarity with all stages of the EDRM to support defensible processing workflows and informed project execution
- Accurately estimate timelines for processing activities and communicate risks, dependencies, and changes that may affect delivery

- Combination of at least two of the following education, experience, and/or certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience processing data in an eDiscovery environment or performing similar technical work.
- Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated passion for driving process improvement, collaboration, and innovation as part of a cross-functional team
- Working knowledge of litigation support and eDiscovery applications, including Nuix, Relativity, Concordance, IPRO eCapture, Equivio, LAW, Clearwell, Summation, Brainspace, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of automated processing workflows, quality control procedures, basic hosting tasks, and all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience working with databases.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of computer forensics and experience with tools such as EnCase and FTK preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated passion for process improvement, collaboration, and innovation within cross-functional teams.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
