The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large, multi-practice firm, is seeking an experienced Practice Support Manager to lead our Practice Support team, with a primary focus on eDiscovery, document management, and litigation support workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal practice and technology, and who can partner with attorneys, paralegals, IT, and vendors to deliver efficient, defensible, and forward thinking solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery project management, and data analysis work preferably in a law firm or legal services environment.  The candidate will act as a bridge between legal teams, IT, and external service providers to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of project requirements and work with practice groups to determine/develop data management strategies, including the use of DMS, SharePoint, PowerApps or other systems. The successful candidate will ensure all discovery and document management processes follow legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including defensible data handling and chain of custody documentation.  EOE/M/F/D/V

Requirements:

  •    Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal background a plus
  •     5+ years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery project management, and data analysis work preferably in a law firm or legal services environment.
  •    Strong knowledge of eDiscovery case law
  •     Expert in eDiscovery platforms specifically Relativity One and all related machine learning and GenAI tooling
  •     Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  •     Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  •     Experience supporting a Document Management System (iManage, NetDocuments, etc.) a plus
  •     Experience with SharePoint would also be helpful
