We currently have an ongoing vacancy for the Director, Performance Audit. In this role you’ll be a leader providing quality oversight of small teams conducting performance audits on the Auditor-General’s behalf. It’s a challenging role full of variety that gives you a unique view of the public sector in Tasmania.
For the successful candidate we will provide the tools for you to excel in this role including training and networking with peers from across Australasia. It’s an excellent extension to your career.
If this sounds like the job for you, we’d love to hear from you, especially if you have experience in:
• Leading teams and overseeing the project management of complex work on research or evaluation projects in the public sector
• Coordinating the analysis of financial or other data, including qualitative analysis (e-discovery)
• Leading state government reviews or inquiries.
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Performance is measured against Key Performance Indicators that are developed and agreed to for each role in the Office and documented in annual Performance Plans.
