What You'll Do
- Discovery and eDiscovery Management
- Trial preparation and courtroom support
- Dig into case strategy.
- Case strategy and docketing.
- Drafting legal documents including motions.
- Support attorneys through depositions, mediations, trial and other proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers.
- The ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail.
- Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Litigation and trial support experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
