  • Partner with attorneys across litigation practices to optimize paralegal utilization and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, compensation recommendations, and employee development.
  • Address performance issues with professionalism and fairness, collaborating closely with Human Resources on coaching and resolution.
  • Drive recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of paralegals, helping build a strong and scalable talent pipeline.
  • Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures, and best practices to support litigation workflows.
  • Establish and maintain service standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to court and client requirements.
  • Monitor utilization, productivity, and key metrics; identify trends and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including timekeeping, attendance, resource allocation, and compliance with firm policies.
  • Champion innovation and technology adoption, including litigation tools and AI-enabled solutions, to improve workflows, reduce risk, and drive operational excellence.

ABOUT YOU

  • Deep knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial processes.
  • Experience with eDiscovery tools and workflows, as well as familiarity with federal and state court rules and filing procedures.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
