Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell is looking for a highly motivated individual to join her team as a Paralegal in the Office’s False Claims Division.
The False Claims Division investigates fraudulent business conduct and brings enforcement actions under the Massachusetts False Claims Act (G.L. c. 12, § 5A et seq.) against companies and individuals in diverse industries, including technology, transportation, environmental, housing, public construction, health care and pandemic-related assistance programs, among others. Cases require coordination with state, local, and federal authorities and involve matters of public interest and social justice, as well as challenging and complex enforcement initiatives.
Primary Duties: The Paralegal provides investigation and litigation support to the False Claims Division and works closely with Division attorneys and staff on a wide variety of matters. The Paralegal will have the opportunity to be a key member of and contributor to investigations teams.

Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions. On in-office days,
employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a
regional office.
Salary: $55,375
