Role Overview:
The Paralegal role will support attorneys in the Legal Department across a broad range of matters, including litigation, employment, immigration and compliance. Provide day-to-day paralegal support to attorneys on litigation, compliance, employment, and/or immigration matters.
Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and filings.
Maintain and track case files, discovery materials, and document productions, including legal holds and e-discovery processes.
Conduct factual and legal research, summarize findings, and prepare supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate document and data handling.
Demonstrate a proactive approach mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and embrace new processes to enhance the efficiency of the legal function and broader business.
About You
Bachelorβs degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in-house or at a law firm supporting litigation or compliance matters.
Strong understanding of legal procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Experience with document management, e-discovery and e-billing platforms
Bonus Points For:
Experience with global or multi-jurisdictional matters.
Prior in-house legal department experience.
