Job Summary
Time Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support the Legal Department across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations, contracts, litigation management, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts (NDAs, supplier agreements, customer contracts, service agreements)
- Maintain contract lifecycle management, including tracking renewals, amendments, and expirations
- Support litigation and claims management, including document collection, discovery coordination, and responses
- Prepare corporate governance documents, resolutions, and entity management filings
- Assist with compliance matters related to manufacturing, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with outside counsel, insurers, and internal business teams
- Maintain legal files, databases, and document retention systems
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
- Support M&A, real estate, and employment-related legal matters as needed
- Assist with internal audits, policy updates, and training materials
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of contracts and corporate legal processes
- Experience with litigation support and e-discovery is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to manufacturing is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/document management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
