Protiviti is looking for a Legal Director to join our growing Legal, Risk and Compliance Consulting team. This is a variable role intended to fill a short-term need.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Experience with providing alternative legal services, experience with implementing legal department change and best practices within law firms or legal in-house counsel.
Experience with the usage of legal technologies.
Experience with evaluating and designing people processes and procedures within legal departments.
Experience with building strategies and roadmaps to achieve a desired result.
Ability to multi-task on simple and complex tasks.
Willingness to learn new concepts, self-develop certain capabilities and are self-motivated to do great things.
Well versed in the use of Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc.) in addition to legal technologies such as Relativity, Reveal, and Legal AI tools.
Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Associate Directors people process and procedures to reduce legal spend part 3).
Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities.
Ability to network and build relationships.
Identify opportunities and establish a sales pipeline.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a legal background and/or JD a plus required
15+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry and experience in eDiscovery, Legal Consulting, contracts management and legal document review
Experience working at law firm or within a legal corporation preferred
Financial Services experience with legal analysis for fund offerings
Licensed Attorney
Demonstrated success in developing relationships and capturing business opportunities with legal departments and law firms
Successfully worked with C-Level executives, attorneys, and litigation support professionals (client base of law firm and corporate contacts is preferred)
Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, CFF, AWS, PMP are strongly preferred
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$207,000.00 - $355,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
20%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$248,400.00 - $426,000.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
