We are looking for an experienced Office 365 Specialist with at least 8 years of experience working in Microsoft 365 environments. The role requires both technical expertise and a user-focused mindset, you should enjoy working closely with the business, supporting users and contributing to a secure, efficient and modern digital workplace.

Main tasks

  • Management and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform.

  • Troubleshooting and administration of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive.

  • Support for users and operations: consulting, training, advanced support and problem solving.

  • Documentation, development of guidelines and further development of governance models.

  • Participates in and drives projects, assignments and initiatives within the modern workplace, security and platform optimization.

  • Incident, problem and change management.

  • Drive improvements, identify optimizations and contribute to more efficient working methods.

Experience and competence requirements

Technical expertise

  • At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 in larger and complex environments.

  • Deep expertise in:

  • Microsoft Teams

  • SharePoint Online

  • Exchange Online

  • OneDrive for Business

  • Microsoft 365 Defender

  • Microsoft Azure EntraID

  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Automation Services

  • PowerShell for administration and automation.

Good experience in:

  • Understanding of identity and access, Conditional Access and ZeroTrust.

  • Email flows and related processes

  • Ability to collect and analyze information and evidence during incidents.

  • Collaboration with cybersecurity teams and SOC at a mid-sized company.

  • Good experience with Microsoft Purview:

  • Sensitivity labels / Information Protection

  • Data Loss Prevention

  • eDiscovery

  • Retention

  • Compliance Manager

Meritorious – Experience with IT security tools

  • Experience with modern IT security solutions is a plus, as the role collaborates with security and compliance functions. Examples of solutions:

  • Mimecast

  • Darktrace

  • Or other security tools.

Training
