The goal of this position is to challenge and disrupt conventional methods of delivering technology to users across the organization. The Senior Modern Workplace Engineer will assist in scoping, planning, and executing Microsoft 365 and related Modern Workplace initiatives. The role will be engaged in designing, implementing, and communicating collaboration solutions for EVERSANA related to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures. Advanced knowledge of VDI, thin client, zero touch provisioning, configuration management on Apple and Microsoft technology stacks is also critical to the role. Proven expertise in Microsoft Purview is preferred.
A demonstrated knowledge of the entire Microsoft M365 Modern workplace ecosystem and mid-level networking is also required, as this position will assist EVERSANA operations to ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the information systems that support core M365 services for our enterprise. The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation, and support of all of Microsoft 365 Platform Services.
This role will work with other M365 Engineers and Architect to blueprint best-of-class solutions. They will develop governance, define SOP’s around managing change, experience monitoring, disaster recovery, and define KPI’s to measure success.
