We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to support, administer, and continuously improve collaboration and communication services within a complex enterprise environment. The role combines operational support, automation, security, and participation in ongoing Digital Workplace initiatives.
Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
Manage user accounts, group memberships, permissions, licensing, and security policies across collaboration platforms.
Maintain and evolve the Microsoft Teams Phone System, ensuring reliability, supporting adoption, and implementing telephony enhancements.
Monitor service performance and availability, proactively identify issues, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot complex problems.
Support the implementation and ongoing management of security, compliance, data retention, and governance policies within Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Purview).
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation using Microsoft Graph API for user management, bulk operations, reporting, and configuration tasks.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles for support teams and end users.
Support license optimization, capacity planning, usage analytics, and cost reporting for Microsoft 365 services.
Collaborate closely with IT support teams, end users, and other stakeholders in a global environment.
Stay up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap, security advisories, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements.
Participate in deployments, feature rollouts, pilots, and Digital Workplace improvement initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
Solid experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, including Microsoft Graph API integration.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System (provisioning, call queues, auto attendants, voice routing).
Good understanding of SMTP and mail flow troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Safe Links, Safe Attachments, email security configurations).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts such as Conditional Access, eDiscovery, and retention policies.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365 workloads in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in root-cause analysis and proactive service improvement.
Good documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
Experience working in medium-to-large, global, or regulated environments.
