Our team

Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.

We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).

Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.

 

Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …).

 

Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all Digital Workplace capabilities (all devices, collaboration, communication, printing, software management & deployment, …) and makes the bridge between global standards designed by global infrastructure & workplace teams and their implementation on our 60+ sites (incl. 12 plants) across the globe.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Messaging Product Owner with advanced Exchange Online expertise to shape the future of our enterprise messaging service. You will combine product ownership with senior technical depth to drive service evolution, lead continuous improvement, support critical escalations and help teams across the organization deliver a reliable, modern messaging experience at global scale.

  • Own the Exchange Online product vision, roadmap and priorities, balancing business needs, user experience and technical excellence

  • Provide advanced Exchange Online administration expertise across mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, delegated access, mail flow and complex troubleshooting

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex messaging issues, while coaching and enabling L1 and L2 support teams through guidance, documentation and knowledge sharing

  • Own and improve mail flow, including connectors, transport rules, accepted domains and routing dependencies, while supporting Cybersecurity on related implementations

  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Identity and Compliance teams on governance, retention, archiving and eDiscovery-related requirements

  • Drive automation, standardization and continuous improvement through Exchange Online PowerShell, service metrics and stakeholder feedback

  • Lead messaging transformation and migration initiatives with visible business impact, ensuring service continuity, stakeholder alignment and user adoption

  • Define and improve the messaging operating model, including service levels, support processes, documentation and continuous improvement practices

 

About you

 

Technical background required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise messaging, workplace engineering or service ownership roles, including significant hands-on Exchange Online experience

  • Advanced Exchange Online administration expertise, including mailbox lifecycle management, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, connectors, mail routing, transport rules, delegated administration and troubleshooting

  • Experience with Exchange Online PowerShell, automation, reporting and operational improvement

  • Working knowledge of messaging security, hygiene and compliance topics, with the ability to support Cybersecurity and Compliance teams during implementation

  • Experience supporting large global environments, including incident and problem management, change control and vendor coordination

  • Experience creating support documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles, and enabling L1/L2 support teams

  • Experience in messaging migration or transformation programs and good understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem

  • Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online certifications are a plus
