Overview

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Marketing Technology Supervisor to support the administration, optimization, and ongoing performance of the firm’s marketing technology platforms. This role partners closely with Marketing Operations, Information Services, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems are functioning effectively, supporting user needs, and aligned with the firm’s overall technology strategy. 

A Day in the Life

The Marketing Technology Supervisor serves as a key internal resource for marketing technology execution, system enhancements, troubleshooting coordination, and user support, while contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes and workflows. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administration of marketing technology platforms, including user access, configurations, and troubleshooting, while serving as a liaison between Marketing and Information Services to coordinate issue resolution and system alignment. You will support the implementation and rollout of system updates, tools, and workflow enhancements, assist with the development of automated processes and reporting solutions, and maintain documentation including system configurations and procedures.

 

Additionally, you will monitor system performance and data quality, assist with reporting and dashboard maintenance, and develop training materials to support onboarding and ongoing user adoption. This role also includes oversight of junior team members, ensuring effective workload management and quality of work, while supporting the implementation of approved AI-enabled tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and support evolving marketing technology needs within a professional services environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of marketing technology experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong project management, systems, and collaboration skills, with experience supporting CRM, marketing automation, or CMS platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT teams and external vendors
