Overview
As we continue to strengthen and scale the world’s largest eDiscovery and legal services sales organization, we are expanding our U.S. Sales Operations team with a high-performing Sales Operations Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and operational excellence - someone who wants to take ownership of initiatives that directly influence revenue growth and global sales performance.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional partners to ensure our frontline teams are empowered with accurate, actionable insights and streamlined processes. This is a highly visible, high-impact position that contributes directly to how we measure performance, forecast revenue, and build the systems and processes that support our global growth strategy.

- Administering, managing, and reporting on revenue metrics and sales KPIs
- Coordinating revenue forecasting and target-setting processes used within the sales organization; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Conducting various analyses to gain deeper insights into business
- Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system
- Responsible for creating and maintaining metrics to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity
- Managing and developing a small team, providing mentorship, prioritization guidance, and day‑to‑day support to ensure high‑quality execution across operational initiatives
- Establishing effective analysis of CRM trends and performance in an effort to identify greater efficiencies and better manage and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies throughout the entire sales lifecycle
- Assessing client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into recommendations for the executive team
- Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions
- Evaluating new tools and platforms to improve reporting and sales operations

Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 3-7+ years of progressively responsible experience in related roles
Other Requirements:
- Previous Sales Operations or Finance experience (preferred)
- Large data analysis and reporting experience (preferred)
- Previous team management experience (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Word (required)
- Minimal travel may be expected
