Manager, eDiscovery Client Services (CSM)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on eDiscovery Client Services Manager to support Array's continued growth and lead a team of Project Managers focused on ensuring the exceptional delivery of our eDiscovery services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing eDiscovery project management teams, fostering strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence in service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent coaching abilities, and exceptional communication skills. What you’ll do…

• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful delivery of professional services to clients. This includes setting clear performance expectations, monitoring individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews. 
• Project Management Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Project Management team, ensuring they are effectively managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and facilitating the smooth delivery of professional services. 
• Client Relationship Support: Support Project Managers in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues and providing strategic guidance as needed. 
• Service Delivery Coordination: Collaborate closely with professional services delivery teams to ensure seamless communication, clear expectations, and the successful execution of client engagements. 
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize Project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and ensure consistent service delivery. 
• Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key project management metrics, providing regular reports on team performance, client engagement status, and potential risks or opportunities to senior leadership. 
• Client Advocacy: Work with Project Managers to understand client feedback and advocate for client needs within the organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of service offerings. 
• Training & Development: Identify training and development needs for the Project Management team and work with relevant resources to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and professional services, to ensure alignment and effective communication across the client lifecycle.       

What you’ll bring…

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, client success, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.  
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.  
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices in a professional services environment.  Experience within the legal services industry is a plus. 
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.    
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues effectively.  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  
• Technical Proficiency: High aptitude with database programs, text editors, and review platforms. 
• Relativity Expertise: Proficient in Relativity Processing and working knowledge of core Relativity features, including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, Relativity Desktop Client, and Relativity Staging Explorer. 
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

This is a remote role. The compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 annually and would be eligible for a quarterly bonus program. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's location, skill, experience and qualifications and overall performance.
