Position Overview
Role & Responsibilities:Conduct advanced eDiscovery searches across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) using Microsoft Purview tools
Apply and manage legal holds on custodians and content across platforms
Coordinate with external counsel to define search parameters, timelines, and deliverables
Review and refine search results with internal legal stakeholders to ensure relevance and completeness
Document processes and maintain audit trails for defensibility and regulatory compliance
Implement and monitor retention policies across Microsoft 365 and Box environments
Ensure policies align with legal, regulatory, and business requirements
Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to adjust retention schedules based on evolving needs
Support defensible deletion processes and ensure proper documentation of retention actions
Provide operational support for Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange), Box, and related collaboration tools
Handle service tickets related to access requests, permissions, and data recovery
Assist with backup strategy implementation and validation for critical collaboration data
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data access, sharing, and retention
Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as:
Box-Salesforce integration: assist with data mapping, access controls, and retention alignment
Copilot agent scoping: support legal and compliance use cases for AI-driven agents
Automation efforts: identify opportunities to streamline legal hold and eDiscovery workflows
Domain migration: support data governance and retention strategy during M&A transitions (e.g., Medxoom)

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture, and all our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team.
