Job Description:

• O365 administration, including Exchange Online and Exchange On-Prem (Hybrid Deployments).

• Microsoft Teams administration and implementation.

• Azure AD Connect and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

• Migration (tenant-to-tenant) using tools like BitTitan.

• Mobile Device Management (MDM) and migration, including MobileIron to Intune.

• Implementation and migration of Azure AD, Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).

• Configuration and implementation of Windows Defender for Windows 10 systems.

• Configuration of Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), content search, eDiscovery, and retention policies.

• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure as code.

• Experience with email firewall solutions: Cisco IronPort, Proofpoint, Tumbleweed, Symantec Brightmail.

• Experience with Faxination services.

• Migration of emails from Lotus Domino servers to Exchange environments.

• Good expertise with Autopilot.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platform product suites.

• Knowledge of identity and federation services.

• Cloud security expertise.

• High-level understanding of tenant-to-tenant migration approach and steps.

• Ability to design, implement, and manage M365 services in line with security policy requirements.

• Responsible for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) of the M365 platform.

• Monitor and troubleshoot M365 platform issues, ensuring performance and availability.

• Manage outages, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within service levels.

• Proactively identify and remediate platform security risks.

• Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations and best practices.

• Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver tailored solutions.

• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements.

• Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic planning for M365 initiatives.

• Develop key performance metrics to drive IT business value.

• Conduct user training and provide technical support for M365 tools.

• Knowledge of various migration tools used in M365 environments.

• Participate in change control processes and development of operational procedures.

• Communicate change requests, issues, and resolutions across IT and customer departments

• Maintain Global Admin access and manage access restrictions.

• Serve as escalation point for operations support team.

• Provide after-hours and on-call support

• Develop and maintain project plans for medium to large M365 projects.

• Provide oral and written status reports to IT management and customers.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and IT stakeholders.

• Ability to take initiative, work independently, handle multiple tasks, and deliver on time.
