Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are looking for a highly skilled M365/Intune Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our modern workplace environment.  This role is responsible for the administration and architecture of M365 services, mobile device management (MDM) via Intune, data retention policies, and automation of operational tasks.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and a passion for optimizing user experience, security, and compliance.

In this role you will get to:

 

  • Administer and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Design and implement scalable M365 architecture aligned with business needs and security standards.
  • Manage licensing, service health, and tenant configurations.
  • Configure and manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Develop and enforce MDM policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment and policy application issues.
  • Define and implement governance frameworks for M365 usage, data access, and collaboration.
  • Manage retention policies, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Integrate M365 and Intune with other systems using Graph API and automation tools.
  • Maintain documentation for automation workflows and operational procedures.
  • Monitor service performance, usage, and security alerts.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for M365 and Intune related issues.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and support teams to resolve incidents.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with M365 administration and architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Intune and MDM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience with governance, retention, and compliance policies in M365.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and integration tools.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
