Supports the Consultancy and Advisory Lead with the development of the Practice strategy and business plan required to meet our strategic business goals.
Works with practice delivery leads to provide technical support and guidance for new opportunities and on-going service optimisation.
Responsibilities
Microsoft Office 365 Consultant who will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and support of Microsoft Office 365 and related solutions. Typical responsibilities for this Consultant will include:
- Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010-2019 deployments and decommissions, Windows 11 upgrades, and Microsoft Identity management.
A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft solutions and exhibit strong change management, documentation and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Design, configure, and migrate complex Exchange environments (2010β2019 and Exchange Online), including hybrid deployments, cutovers, staged migrations, and decommissioning legacy environments.
- Drive adoption and integration of Microsoft Viva (Connections, Insights, Learning, Engage), Loop components, Planner, To Do, Whiteboard, and Microsoft Fabric for data-driven collaboration and insights.
- Plan, design, and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business outcomes and security requirements.
- Produce high-quality Solution Overviews, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and maintain documentation.
- Lead complex multi-forest migrations, directory synchronisation, and identity integration using Entra ID / Azure AD Connect and best-practice cutover plans.
- Act as subject matter expert for pre-sales and delivery teams, mentoring junior engineers and consultants.
- Design and implement solutions aligned with Zero Trust, DLP, Information Protection, eDiscovery, retention, and Conditional Access policies.
