About the role We are looking for a skilled Litigation Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support for active litigation matters. Working closely with attorneys and paralegals, you will manage electronically stored information (ESI), maintain eDiscovery databases, assist with trial preparation, and ensure smooth end-to-end case support using Relativity and related tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Process, load, and manage ESI data in Relativity and other litigation support platforms

  • Execute document productions: prepare load files, apply redactions, run quality checks

  • Support attorneys and paralegals with Relativity searches, exports, document coding, and tagging

  • Assist with deposition preparation, exhibit management, and trial support logistics

  • Maintain organized case databases and ensure data integrity across all active matters

  • Coordinate with outside vendors for scanning, OCR, and large-scale document processing

  • Provide day-to-day technical troubleshooting for litigation support tools

  • Monitor FTP sites and email for incoming productions; track and log all deliveries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of litigation support or eDiscovery experience in a law firm or legal services environment

  • Working proficiency with Relativity β€” RCA or RCR certification preferred

  • Familiarity with the EDRM and standard eDiscovery workflows

  • Experience with document review platforms (Concordance, Everlaw, or similar) a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across high-volume document sets

  • Ability to prioritize and work under deadline pressure across multiple active matters

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with Westlaw/LexisNexis a plus

Nice to have

  • CEDS or RCA certification

  • Experience in energy, IP, or commercial litigation matters

  • Familiarity with trial presentation software (TrialDirector, Sanction)

  • Prior experience supporting Texas state or federal court proceedings
