Litigation Support Engineer

Clearance: Active Top Secret (SCI eligible preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to provide technical, analytical, and operational support to attorneys and investigative teams. This role manages litigation systems, supports ediscovery workflows, and enables data-driven case preparation across multiple secure enclaves. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain litigation support systems across multiple enclaves to ensure continuous availability.

• Support attorneys and case teams using Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Lexmark, Nuix, and other elitigation tools.

• Perform data processing, loading, indexing, and quality control for case repositories.

• Conduct data analytics, timeline development, communication pattern analysis, and data quality assessments.

• Support Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) workflows and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.

• Build and maintain dashboards within Relativity/Everlaw or using Power BI to support case review and decision-making.

• Troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and ensure compliance with federal data handling standards.

• Document workflows, processes, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in litigation support, ediscovery, or digital forensics.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Relativity (admin + analytics)

• Nuix

• Everlaw

• IPRO Eclipse

• Lexmark

• Power BI

• Experience supporting TAR workflows and data analytics for legal matters.

• Strong understanding of ediscovery processes, data processing, and review workflows.

• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DOJ, USAO, FBI, or Intelligence Community litigation environments.

• Familiarity with multienclave system operations.

• Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, SQL, etc.).

• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
