Join our Litigation Support team as a Litigation Support Analyst based out of our Minneapolis office.

This role will be based in our Minneapolis office, on a remote basis. This role reports to the Litigation Support Director.

Position Summary

The Litigation Support Analyst will work within an innovative and highly motivated team environment, supporting litigation support applications such as Relativity and Opus, conducting data analysis in Excel, and handling general litigation support helpdesk tasks. The role involves collaborating closely with Project Managers and legal teams to accomplish a variety of litigation support activities. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and complete helpdesk functions for litigation support applications such as Relativity and Opus

  • Upload data and run productions into Relativity and Opus

  • Process data in RelONE

  • Run quality control on vendor-processed data and load into various Relativity workspaces

  • Conduct internet research regarding specific litigation support troubleshooting tasks

  • Work closely with Project Managers to discuss workflow and accomplish litigation support-related tasks

  • Assist legal teams with Excel-related projects, including organization and data analysis

  • Assist with other litigation support activities and special projects as needed

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to achieve business goals and objectives

  • Highly motivated, self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision

  • Proactive approach with a strong team orientation

Education & Prior Experience

  • Minimum four years’ experience working in litigation support; law firm experience a plus

  • Experience with transcript management tools such as Opus or Case Notebook

  • Helpdesk experience a plus

  • Basic eDiscovery process knowledge

Technology

  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required

  • Working knowledge of analytics within litigation support applications such as Relativity and RelONE

  • Knowledge of text editors such as NotePad++, Ultra Edit, TextPad, or others

The expected pay range for this position is:

$42.09 to $47.97 per hour
