Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in its Boston office. Qualified candidates must have paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm setting. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications:
- Experience in litigation support, case management, and new matter intake process.
- Familiarity with the Massachusetts State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Experience in court efiling for both state (eFile Massachusetts) and federal jurisdictions.
- Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production.
- Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable eDiscovery litigation support software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and all other professional staff.
- Provide support to attorneys with drafting pleadings, efiling, conducting factual and legal research, document review/analysis, preparing productions, and preparing for hearings, depositions and mediations.
- Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.
- Assist with preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses.
- Provide general office support, maintain and organize files, scan/copy documents, maintain calendars, prepare expense reports, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.

The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$90,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
